Terms & Conditions

This is the terms and conditions for our website.

Effective Date: September 14, 2026

Welcome to Prairie to Paradise Travel Co. (“Prairie to Paradise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and our travel-planning and travel-related services.

By submitting a travel inquiry, requesting a quote, making a payment, accepting a proposal or itinerary, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully before booking travel through Prairie to Paradise Travel Co.

1. OUR ROLE AS A TRAVEL AGENCY

Prairie to Paradise Travel Co. acts as a travel advisor and intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers.

Depending on your trip, these suppliers may include:

  • Airlines
  • Cruise lines
  • Hotels and resorts
  • Tour operators
  • Transportation companies
  • Rental-car companies
  • Excursion and activity providers
  • Travel insurance providers
  • Other travel-related businesses

When you book through us, the actual travel services are generally provided by these third-party suppliers.

Each supplier may have its own terms, conditions, cancellation policies, refund policies, restrictions, and requirements.

By booking travel, you agree to comply with the applicable terms and conditions of the suppliers providing your travel services.

2. TRAVEL QUOTES AND PRICING

Travel prices, availability, schedules, accommodations, and other trip details are subject to change until confirmed by the applicable travel supplier.

A quote or proposal provided by Prairie to Paradise is not necessarily a guaranteed price or reservation.

Prices may change due to:

  • Supplier price changes
  • Availability
  • Taxes and fees
  • Currency fluctuations
  • Fuel surcharges
  • Government-imposed fees
  • Changes in itinerary
  • Changes requested by the traveler

A reservation is considered confirmed only after the applicable supplier has accepted the booking and any required payment has been processed.

3. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

Travel suppliers may require deposits or full payment at the time of booking.

Payment deadlines will be communicated to you when applicable.

Failure to make required payments by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation, loss of deposits, or other penalties imposed by the supplier.

You are responsible for ensuring that payments are made on time.

Prairie to Paradise may communicate payment deadlines and reminders as a courtesy, but you remain ultimately responsible for meeting supplier payment requirements.

4. TRAVEL PLANNING OR SERVICE FEES

Prairie to Paradise Travel Co. may charge planning, consultation, itinerary, or other service fees for certain services.

Any applicable fee will be disclosed to you before the fee is charged.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, service fees are separate from the cost of travel purchased from third-party suppliers.

Service fees may be nonrefundable once work has begun.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Cancellation and change policies are determined primarily by the applicable travel supplier.

These policies may vary significantly depending on:

  • Supplier
  • Destination
  • Type of reservation
  • Fare or rate purchased
  • Travel dates
  • Timing of cancellation
  • Promotional restrictions
  • Whether the reservation is refundable

You are responsible for reviewing the cancellation and change terms applicable to your booking.

Prairie to Paradise will assist with cancellation or change requests when reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee that a supplier will approve a requested change, provide a refund, or waive applicable fees.

Supplier cancellation penalties may apply even if you notify Prairie to Paradise of your cancellation.

6. REFUNDS

Refunds are subject to the policies of the supplier providing the applicable travel service.

Prairie to Paradise does not guarantee that a refund will be available.

When a supplier approves a refund, processing times may vary.

Refunds may take time to appear depending on the supplier and payment method.

Any Prairie to Paradise service fees that are separately charged may be nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all documents required for their trip.

Depending on the destination and circumstances, these may include:

  • Government-issued identification
  • Passports
  • Visas
  • Entry permits
  • Vaccination documentation
  • Health documentation
  • Minor-travel documentation
  • Customs documentation
  • Other required travel documents

Passport, visa, entry, health, and immigration requirements can change.

Prairie to Paradise may provide general travel information and resources, but travelers are responsible for confirming current requirements with the appropriate government authorities and travel suppliers.

We strongly recommend that travelers verify all documentation requirements before departure.

8. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance may be recommended for certain trips because travel can involve unexpected circumstances such as illness, injury, trip interruption, cancellation, lost baggage, weather events, or other covered situations.

Travel insurance is offered subject to the applicable insurance provider's terms, conditions, exclusions, and eligibility requirements.

Prairie to Paradise Travel Co. is not the insurer and does not determine whether a claim is covered or paid.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing their policy carefully, including coverage limits, exclusions, deductibles, claim procedures, and cancellation provisions.

If you purchase travel insurance, the insurance provider's policy governs coverage.

9. TRAVEL SUPPLIER CHANGES

Travel suppliers may change or cancel portions of an itinerary for reasons including:

  • Weather
  • Mechanical problems
  • Operational issues
  • Staffing
  • Safety concerns
  • Government restrictions
  • Natural disasters
  • Schedule changes
  • Other circumstances beyond their control

Prairie to Paradise will make reasonable efforts to assist travelers when changes occur.

However, we cannot guarantee that a supplier will provide a particular alternative, refund, upgrade, compensation, or other remedy.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Prairie to Paradise Travel Co. is not responsible for losses, delays, cancellations, additional expenses, or disruptions resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These may include:

  • Terrorism
  • Strikes
  • Labor disputes
  • Transportation disruptions

  • Acts of God
  • Other unforeseen events

Supplier-specific policies may determine what assistance, credits, refunds, or alternatives are available.

  • Checking travel documents
  • Arriving on time for transportation

Special requests are not guaranteed unless the applicable supplier confirms them in writing.

13. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS

Prairie to Paradise does not own, operate, or control the airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, excursions, or other suppliers used to provide your trip.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, delays, failures, injuries, losses, damages, or other conduct of third-party suppliers, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Supplier terms and conditions may apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

14. HEALTH AND SAFETY

Travelers are responsible for determining whether they are physically and medically able to participate in planned activities.

Travel may involve risks, including transportation, recreational activities, weather, unfamiliar environments, food, illness, and other circumstances.

Travelers should consult appropriate medical or governmental resources regarding health precautions and destination requirements.

Prairie to Paradise does not provide medical advice.

15. MINORS

20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prairie to Paradise Travel Co. will not be responsible for losses, damages, expenses, delays, injuries, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third-party travel suppliers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Your travel reservation may be subject to additional terms imposed by the applicable airline, cruise line, hotel, tour operator, transportation provider, insurance provider, or other supplier.

Those terms may include additional limitations of liability, cancellation fees, payment requirements, refund restrictions, and dispute-resolution provisions.
